I started therapy to face and understand many processes I was going through, especially migration grief-being separated from my children, rebuilding life abroad, and the impact on my self-esteem and sense of vulnerability. Therapy gave me a space to work through this, to name experiences like structural racism, and to understand what depended on me and what didn't.
Later, I returned for a deeper stage, after psychological abuse and single parenting. I needed to understand how this shaped my relationships and my difficulty opening up again. Clara accompanied me with sensitivity, honesty, and care. She helped me understand my emotional patterns, fears, and boundaries, and to relate from a calmer place.
I've grown, discovered important parts of myself, and gained tools for everyday life. It has been a very meaningful process. I see Clara as both a great professional and a deeply human person.
